Game Coin LLC goes through SEC Review

We wanted to provide an update as we approach the end of the year. We’re excited to be on the home stretch of our platform, which we plan to launch in Q1 of 2024. While we have been working on the development side of the platform, we also wanted to share an update on the business side of things.

Game Coin LLC owner, David Mahler, met with the SEC in Miami, and video conference to answer all of their questions and provide all necessary information.

The review, which began in April of 2022, also consisted of Game Coin LLC providing bank accounts of owner, wallet addresses of the founders and board members and no fraud has been committed by Game Coin LLC.

The SEC noted that they would not stop us from launching our platform as we have planned and we are working with them on regulatory clarity to the do’s and don’t’s of our platform.

We are doing what has been said can’t be done…and we’re doing it the right way.
